Terms and Conditions
Before completing the entry form, please agree and commit to the following statements:

I am authorised by my company to enter Best Workplaces in Travel.

The company I am registering meets the eligibility criteria to participate, outlined on the Best Workplaces in Travel website.

I agree to submitting accurate company data, including employee numbers on the entry form, as to avoid the possibility of disqualification.

The company I am registering must complete the registration and survey process according to the outlined dates on the Best Workplaces in Travel website.

The company I am registering must receive a minimum number of responses on the survey to ensure our data is credible, again this is outlined on the Best Workplaces in Travel website.

If we do not reach the completion level required, we understand that our entry will no longer be considered for a Best Workplace in Travel, although we still have access to our reporting (but this may be impacted). A refund of entry payment is not applicable.

I agree to Best Workplaces in Travel Privacy Policy and GDPR disclosures regarding the storage, processing, and/or transmission of my personal data.
Terms - Entry
Entries submitted before the enrolment deadline (28th April 2025) will be charged at:

Small Company £350 plus VAT
-
Mid-Size company £550 plus VAT
-
Large Company £750 plus VAT
If your entry payment is successful, you will receive an automatic email confirmation from Best Workplace in Travel to the email address you specified when placing your entry detailing your purchase. You will also receive an invoice receipt.

Full payment for award entries is required at the date and time of the entry deadline. If payment is unsuccessful, it could result in your entry being cancelled.
​
We ask all entrants to supply at least one company and/or client logo. Please supply this in JPEG or PDF format and send it to hello@bestworkplacesintravel.co.uk
​
We will not publish your entries without first seeking approval.
​
The final deadline for completion of the survey is 30th May 2025. However, Best Workplaces in Travel reserves the right to extend the entry closing and the completion deadline, amend categories or not award categories should the entries received not meet the required criteria.
The companies recognised as a Best Workplace in Travel will be notified by email (on the address provided on the entry form) by the 9th June 2025. These companies will allow their entries to be made public for marketing and promotion.

We reserve the right to shorten entry titles for the purpose of the awards brochure and winners’ trophies.
Terms - Event
Full payment for event tickets is due at time of purchase on the website. If your payment is successful, you will receive an automatic email confirmation to the email address you specified when placing your ticket.

Cancellations are permitted up to 28 days or more in advance of the event on the 7th July. We regret that no cancellations are acceptable after 28 days prior to the event date, and therefore no refunds are payable after this point. However, a substitute guest can be nominated as a replacement.

All requests for cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing to hello@bestworkplacesintravel.co.uk
Force Majeure
Best Workplaces in Travel will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations when putting on the awards, where such failure or delay results from any because that is beyond the reasonable control of that party.
​
Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, Internet Service Provider failure, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, civil unrest, fire, flood, droughts, storms, earthquakes, collapse of buildings, explosion or accident, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action, any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, or any other event that is beyond the control of the party in question.

Where an event can be postponed, this will be considered and any investment already made will be transferred to the new date. Should a physical event not be possible due to causes out of our control, this event may be transferred to a virtual online event.
There will be a professional photographer taking place during the event. Photographs taken at the event are the intellectual property of Best Workplaces in Travel and will be such used in promotion and marketing post event.
All trophies are inspected prior to the awards ceremony. Once these trophies have been handed over, you are responsible for the trophy from thereon. Best Workplaces in Travel will not cover the cost of a replacement due to damages or being lost during or post award ceremony.

However, when enrolling your company, you are taken to a third-party website, Korero who manage the employee engagement survey.

The following personal information is provided to Korero to participate: your name, company name, email address; job title, phone number, number of employees, and company type. A password will be created by the entrant to access their survey reports via their access account. You are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Korero ask you not to share a password with anyone. Once enrolled, your data will be held under Korero’s privacy policy https://www.hellokorero.co/opinion-survey---privacy-policy

Following completion of the survey, Korero will process your responses.

Best Workplaces in Travel will only be provided with dashboards of aggregated and anonymous data and will have no access to the raw data at any time. The aggregate results do not count as personal data.

How long do we keep your Information?
